There are plenty of different natural supplements nowadays, so that it get’s easy to lose sight of what is actually good for your health and what is just marketing.
And as with any other health topic, you will find different opinions about what you should and shouldn’t take, so this is simply my summary of what I’m taking on a daily basis and why I would suggest to you to read into these superfoods.

They have a high content of omega-3 fatty acids, these are essential fatty acids, which our body cannot produce by itself and therefore we need to derive them from food.
Besides the good fatty acids, chia seeds contain a lot of protein, iron, calcium and zinc! So if you suffer from iron deficiency, you should really consider this little helper. Go Chia!
Small tip: Make sure you drink enough water because chia absorbs the fluid in our bodies. If you have ever mixed one tablespoon of chia seeds with water or milk, you know what I mean. They really swell up!
5. MACA POWDER
